How was your spring break! I love the pictures and glad you got to hike the Y and gave some family time!
Our
time schedule, well we wake up and exercise for 30 mintues, which I
have gone running a couple of times, but no one really wants to :( and
we study in the morning, but we do language study at night at 8 because
our area doesn't have very much light.
I'm doing good. I haven't had to use my sleeping
bag yet, but yesterday I wore leggings and tights and a scarf and my
rain coat and a sweater and was still a little cold so winter is going
to be interesting :) Oh and we watched conference in the stake center
with the zone.
This week has flown by! And just a side note, next week are cambios so I won't have p-day until Tuesday, oh and I will also be signing my visa next Monday too!
Well
not too many things are happening, I forgot my journal of notes from
studying which is bad cause I wanted to share something I learned!....
and can't remember ha oh well! But things are going great here. Of
course we have investigators moving and other new investigators every
day. The work is always going here.
There are tender mercies of the Lord when we try our
hardest! I know this! This past week we worked very hard and did our
best to talk to everyone, and we talk like 30 (other) lessons and have
16 new investigators! Now we just have to visit them all again and get
them going and share with them the gospel!
This past week we were leaving the church from an
acitivity and the other sisters were already outside talking to everyone
and they were talking to a woman. Well we came out and they called us
over and were like she lives in your area and she is great! So we talked
to her for a bit and set an appointemnt for the next lesson. When we
went we taught her about the Plan of Salvation and then committed her to
be baptized for the 26th of April! And then we invited her to church and she was a bit scheptical.... well we passed for her on Sunday
and it was a rainy day and told us she probably wasn't going to come
because of the weather but would see. So we go to church and it's right
after the sacrament that we look back and right there is Blanca! She
had come just in time to partake of the sacrament and then listen to all
the talks, it was good. Yesterday we also did a little bit of
exploring. We thought we were talking the right road but it ended up
not being a road we had ever been down and there weren't many houses or
people, so every house we knocked to see if we could teach them. We
decided we should start to head back and as were walking we decide to
knock one more house. And this lady answers and she is Catholic but
will listen and so we taught her and set another appointment. I know
that if we are doing our best the Lord will bless us and help us along
the way.
Thank you for everything, and I love hearing that
you are all doing good! If there is anything I can do for you, or you
want me to do, let me know! I love you all so much! And.... share the
gospel with everyone :)
Love,
Hermana Louder
